Representative Patent Matters
The following patents represent a portfolio of inventions I personally drafted, prosecuted, and successfully defended before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including during reexamination. In addition to my own patented inventions, I have played a key role in the successful prosecution and defense of numerous patents on behalf of ThermoLife International, LLC.
My responsibilities included responding to USPTO office actions, preparing amendments, and conducting legal and scientific arguments to overcome 101, 102, and 103 rejections.

US 8,202,908 B1: Compositions including arginine nitrate for use in dietary supplements aimed at nitric oxide boosting.
US 7,919,533 B2: Amino acid nitrate and creatine nitrate compounds for improving physical performance.
Strategic USPTO Prosecution Outcomes
Beyond supporting patent issuance, I also contributed to ThermoLife International’s
strategic goals by engaging in targeted USPTO prosecution efforts that led to invalidation or
restriction of third-party claims that conflicted with ThermoLife''s intellectual property
interests.
